When I’m not leading workouts or caring for smiles, I’m chasing after my three daughters, spending time with family in rural Lake Crystal, or enjoying my favorite food—tacos! Obsessed with weightlifting and all things fitness, I’m here to help you feel strong, confident, and unstoppable. I bring positivity and energy into everything I do, whether it’s helping you crush your goals or cheering you on every step of the way. When I’m not in the gym, I’m spending time with my kids, hanging out with family, or helping my husband on our sheep farm (yes, sheep farming is basically my side hustle!). Let’s make fitness fun and rewarding together!
